My experience in the whole life cycle of project development makes me a valuable asset, as I can take a project from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of development are addressed, from requirements gathering to documentation. This means that I can work effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction. Having the full picture of the project is important to me as it helps me achieve better results.

Some of my soft skills, such as being proactive, eager to help, and always looking for ways to improve the product and the team's job, helped me being team player and leader. My ability to encourage and motivate others through trust and confidence and my talent for creating a better workplace and a healthy environment ensures that I can work effectively with other team members, promoting collaboration, and achieving better results.

From my point of view, trust and a healthy environment in the team is important for several reasons:

Finally, outside of work, I have diverse interests, such as psychology, philosophy, which I find helpful for personal development and the benefit of the team and company. I have passion for dogs, going on adventures with my furry friend, skiing, reading books, playing video games, assembling Lego bricks, and baking desserts.
